Recently we worked on an event that was an extremely difficult task, as the turnaround for the room was very tight, and required skilful manouvres and precision timing. Sarah took it all in her stride and even managed to show me a 10 minute yoga technique to rest my feet up a wall, that gave me the energy needed to start the show. She helped turn what was a high pressure, high demand situation into a smooth running event that has been hailed as the best Gala Dinner in its 17 year history.
